1. Why should I consider your Rent to Own Programs? (We get the questions all the time. There are many advantages to our exclusive new program).

2. What makes your program different from the other ones I have seen out there?
The majority of our programs help you build equity while you rent. Every month we set aside part of your rent to help you build equity. The initial Option Fee is applied toward your purchase price. You will partner with our preferred lenders to correct any credit issues so you can buy a home.
3. How can I qualify, I have a 1 year old bankruptcy on my credit report?
With our exclusive programs, you will be given a "Road Map" on what you need to do to qualify for a mortgage even if there is a bankruptcy that has been discharged. In this case, the bankruptcy in and of itself will not prevent you from qualifying for a new mortgage. Paying your bills on time after a bankruptcy is very important.
4. How much money does it take to move into one of your new homes?
Our programs are affordable! It requires that you put down a non-refundable option fee ($2,500 to $5,000) and the first months rent. Our preferred lenders also require a fee or deposit to assist you if needed with mapping out a plan for your credit. Those fees vary per lender. You can move in one of our new homes in less than a week if you choose.
5. How can we get started?
The next step for you would be to get pre-qualified for a mortgage. This will tell you how much home you can afford to purchase and how much monthly rent you can pay each month. Call for a list of our Preferred Lenders.
